drop off/pick up
Drop Off Times:
For large quantity drop-offs 500+ items please schedule no later than 7:00pm Monday. On Tuesday we break at 1pm so no later than 11:30am for the morning and no later than 6:30pm for the evening.  Thank you.
  • Monday, April 9th, 5pm - 7:30pm (evening appointments for working moms please)
  • Tuesday,  April 10th,  9:00am - 7:30pm (4:30-7:30pm appointments for working moms please)
  • Wednesday, April 11th, 9:00am-1:00pm
Drop-off shifts will open on Sunday, March 4th at 8:30pm.

If you are volunteering, please DO NOT schedule your drop off during your volunteer shift.  If you are scheduling your drop-off on the same day as you are volunteering please be sure to allow yourself 1 hour for the drop-off.

At Drop Off:

  • Bring your merchandise, properly tagged (no paper tags or straigt pins) 
  • Bring a rectangular shaped laundry basket or tote/box of similar size to leave for sorting if you will be picking up your unsold items.  Place your name and consignor number on an 8 1/2" x 11" paper and tape to the side of your basket/box/tote.  NOTE:  $1 will be deducted from your check should you forget to bring a tote/box.
  • Check in at the front.  (If you have a lot of merchandise to drop off, please check in before you bring the items inside). 
  • Bring a self addressed stamped envelope or bring a voided check if you would like to use our direct deposit option.  A one time fee of $1 will be charge to take advantage of this service but you should recieve funds as much as 5 days earlier than a mailed check.  We make ALL payments within 2 weeks of the sale. A $1 fee will be charged if you do not provide an envelope and do not choose direct deposit. 
  • You will receive your presale/guest passes at this time. After items have been screened/inspected - get instructions for placing them on the sales floor. 

What to expect at pick-up:

  • Saturday, April 14th, from 4:00pm-5:00pm, all unsold items must be picked-up.
  • Last names beginning with A-L pickup from 4:00-4:30, last names beginning with M-Z pickup from 4:30-5:00. 
  • Anything that remains after 5:00 pm will be donated!!!  There will be no early pickups unless liability waiver is signed! 
  • We try our best to make the pick-up process as simple and efficient as possible. You must gather your items and then check out.  Please be sure to check the "pulled from the floor" and lost and found areas for any belongings that may have lost a tag through the sale.  We will have the items sorted as best as possible, but please look carefully, as any items left behind will be donated immediately after pickup and we are not liable!  You are responsible to retrieve all of your items!
